Our Activities
Lectures - Lectures are usually topic specific and depending on the level, they may a) present the general concepts of a certain topic b) further explain a previously presented topic or c) elaborate on and discuss a topic in-depth. They usually last between 50 minutes to an hour.
Practice Sessions - Practices include a wide variety of exercises ranging from basic relaxation and concentration meditation to Runic and Lamasery exercises, as well as deep meditation. They usually accompany a lecture and range from half an hour to three hours (for advanced students).
Retreats - Seasonal retreats are two to three days long. During this time students and instructors have the opportunity to dedicate themselves entirely to the various Gnostic practices in a safe, healthy, quiet, and isolated environment.
